At EverBloom Atelier, we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for every customer. Orders are prepared with care and shipped with full tracking so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery and we aim to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.
Below you will find all the essential details about our shipping process, including where we ship, estimated delivery times, processing windows, and important policies.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 48 U.S. states.
Available for all the destinations above, but not available for Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery times listed below are approximate and based on carrier information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
U.S. Products
- Processing Time: 1–5 business day
- Shipping Time: 2–5 business days (depending on location)
Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes order handling, quality inspection, and packaging before dispatch.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email to follow your order every step of the way.
Delivery Delays
We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we genuinely appreciate your patience when they happen. Once your order has been handed to the courier, factors such as weather, holidays, and operational issues can sometimes extend the delivery time.
Because these situations are outside of our direct control, we encourage you to follow the tracking updates provided and contact the carrier directly for any delivery arrangements or specific instructions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders over $75.00. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee will apply at checkout so you can see your total clearly before completing your purchase.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout; including full name, street address, ZIP code, and contact number. EverBloom Atelier is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
Fulfillment & Delivery Logistics
Some orders may ship from different US warehouses depending on item availability. In some cases, your order may arrive in more than one parcel. In these cases, you will receive:
- Separate tracking numbers
- Individual delivery notifications
Your full order will still be delivered, and each shipment will be tracked individually.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Alaska
- Hawaii
Customs & Import Duties
In case (if there is any) of overseas products, all are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked 'Delivered' by the carrier with tracking confirmation, it is considered successfully delivered and EverBloom Atelier is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
We do not offer replacements or exchanges for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please file a police report and contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
Fraudulent chargeback claims for delivered orders may result in account suspension and reporting to fraud prevention services.
