You can track your order at any time using the “Track My Order” link.
Once your parcel has shipped, your tracking details will appear there so you can follow its progress. If you still need help, please email us at support@everbloomatelier.com and we’ll check it for you.
You can request to cancel or modify your order (items, sizes, or address) within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@everbloomatelier.com
After 24 hours, orders are processed and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Please review your details carefully before completing checkout.
Once your payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email is sent automatically. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@everbloomatelier.com and we’ll resend and confirm your order for you.
Some orders may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers. If part of your order hasn’t arrived yet, please check the full tracking details first using our Track My Order page.
If an item is incorrect, damaged, or missing, contact us at support@everbloomatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and let you know the next steps.
All orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in California, United States.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with full tracking details.
We currently ship within the United States. Please allow 2-5 days for order preparation, plus 2-5 business days for shipping depending on your location.
Yes, every order includes tracking. As soon as your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number.
You can also use the Track My Order link in our footer at any time to view updates.
We understand how frustrating this can be. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package is unfortunately outside of our control.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or household members first, then contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. You may also file a police report for stolen packages if needed.
While we're unable to offer replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered, please reach out if you need any shipping details to help with your claim.
All items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
In select cases of significant sizing issues reported within 7 days, we may offer store credit if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging

Include your order number, a detail description, and clear photos of the item, the issue, the packaging, and the tags. We’ll review your message and reply with the next steps and return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt until your return has been processed.
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid label. If so, the label cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Many of our styles are released as limited pieces and may not be restocked once they’re gone. If a style returns, the product page will be updated as soon as it’s available again.
Each piece is carefully selected from trusted suppliers based on quality, fit, and design. Our collection is curated and intentionally small-batch. We don't work with large factories or bulk production.
