At EverBloom Atelier, we take pride in offering wearable fashion that reflects the standards we believe in. Every item is selected with attention to quality and detail.

 

To keep things clear and consistent, we provide fair and respectful service while also maintaining boundaries that prevent misuse. Our aim is to create a positive experience for thoughtful customers while protecting the fairness of our policies for everyone.

 

By placing an order at everbloomatelier.com, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full. Please read this page carefully before placing your order.

 

What Is Eligible for Return:

 

All items are considered final sale unless they meet one of the conditions below.

 

We accept returns only when:

 

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • The item is visibly defective (factory fault)
  • The wrong item, size, or color was sent
  • The item does not fit and qualifies as a sizing issue (see “Store Credit for Sizing Issues” below)

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Change-of-mind reasons or buyer’s remorse
  • Personal preference (such as color or fabric feel)
  • Minor differences in color or brightness due to screen resolution or lighting

 

We also cannot accept returns if:

 

  • The item shows any signs of wear (for example: makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or visible use)
  • The item has been washed or altered
  • Original tags, liners, or packaging are missing
  • The item was customized or made-to-order

 

Returned items must be:

 

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories

 

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label; the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund or store credit once the item is received and inspected.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

 

  • Underwear and intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Jewelry

 

These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit, except in cases of damage or defect reported in line with this policy.

 

Two Types of Refunds We Offer:

 

1. Full Refund (Original Payment Method)

 

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

 

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • The return must be authorized in advance
  • A refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected

 

If your return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.

 

2. Store Credit for Sizing Issues (Valid for 1 Year)

 

In select cases, such as sizing discrepancies beyond our stated measurement tolerance.

 

This applies only when:

 

  • The size you ordered does not fit you (too small or too large), and
  • The item and tags are still in perfect, original condition

 

Conditions:

 

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

 

Once the item is received and inspected:

 

  • If the item is approved (no wear, no marks, no scent, all tags attached), store credit will be issued.
  • If we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, the cost of that label will be deducted from the store credit.

Store credit:

 

  • It is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued
  • Can be applied to any future order on everbloomatelier.com
  • Cannot be converted into a cash refund

 

Please note: we do not offer refunds to the original payment method for sizing issues or change-of-mind reasons.

 

Reporting a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

 

Please email us at returns@everbloomatelier.com and include:

 

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing all of the following:
    • The entire item
    • A close-up of the damage, defect, or incorrect detail
    • The original packaging
    • Attached tags and labels

 

We will review your message and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address and any required authorization.

 

Approved Returns: How to Ship Your Item

 

If your return is approved, please follow these steps:

 

  • Ship the item within 7 business days of receiving approval
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as EverBloom Atelier is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 
  • Ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, garment bags, tags, and accessories
  • Add a return note with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Contact email

 

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 
In certain cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label at our discretion; if provided, the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:

 

  • Refunds or store credit will be processed within up to 15 business days. You will receive either:
    • A refund to your original payment method (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items), or
    • Store credit (for approved sizing-related cases), which will remain valid for one year.

 

Original shipping costs are not refundable.


Returns That Will Be Declined

 

We reserve the right to decline a return if:

 

  • The issue was reported after the allowed timeframe (7 days for damage/defect/incorrect items; 7 days for the reasons stated above)
  • The return was sent without prior authorization
  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not reported
  • Original tags, labels, liners, or packaging are missing
  • The item is part of a non-returnable category listed above
  • The reason for return is a change-of-mind or does not meet the eligibility criteria in this policy

 

If your return is rejected after inspection:

 

  • No refund or store credit will be issued
  • You may request the item be shipped back to you at your expense
  • Unclaimed items may be discarded after 14 days from the date we notify you, it may be discarded and will no longer be available
